IPTV8KDE is a small static website presenting an IPTV subscription offer. It is an informational and sales page only — it runs no user registration system, no customer database in the frontend, and no account area.

2. Data this website itself collects
Short answer: almost nothing. Browsing the pages never asks for your name, email, phone number or any other personal details, and there are no forms, comment systems or mailing lists on this site.
We do not run accounts, so there is no login data to store.
3. Your language preference (stored on your device only)
If you switch the site language, your choice is saved in the localStorage of your own browser so we remember it on your next visit. This entry never leaves your device, is never sent to our servers, and can be cleared at any time from your browser settings.
It is a browser feature, not a cookie, and it carries no personal information.
4. When you contact us on WhatsApp
We use WhatsApp as a click-to-chat sales and support channel. A conversation is entirely voluntary: what you typically share there — your phone number, your message and your plan choice — is used by us only to reply, deliver your subscription and provide support.
When you contact us through WhatsApp, your interaction may also be processed by WhatsApp according to its own privacy practices. IPTV8KDE does not control WhatsApp’s data processing; please review WhatsApp’s privacy policy for details.
5. Payments & external providers
This website does not process payments: no card numbers, IBANs or wallet addresses are ever entered into our pages. Payment arrangements are agreed individually in chat (for example via card, PayPal or crypto transfer, depending on what is available to you).
When you choose an external payment provider, the transaction is processed entirely by that provider under its own privacy policy. We never see or store your full financial details.
6. Technical data on the hosting side
Like virtually all websites, our hosting provider’s servers may record standard technical entries — such as IP address, browser type, referring page and timestamp — in routine server logs while delivering pages.
We do not control the provider’s log retention beyond what the hosting environment offers, and we do not use those logs to build visitor profiles.
7. Cookies, analytics & third-party scripts
This site sets no tracking cookies and uses no third-party analytics (no Google Analytics or similar), no advertising networks and no social-media trackers.
Pages load their CSS, fonts and scripts locally from the same domain only; your browser never contacts external font or script services (such as Google Fonts) at runtime.
8. External links (blog & news)
Our blog aggregates headlines from independent news sources (for example TorrentFreak, Cord Cutters News and The Verge). These feeds are fetched when the site is built — your browser never talks to them automatically.
If you click through to a third-party site, its privacy policy applies from that moment on; we are not responsible for independent sites’ practices.
9. Sharing, sale & retention
We do not sell, rent or share personal information for marketing purposes, and we do not build advertising profiles from your activity.
Whatever you share with us in a support or sales conversation is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, deliver and support your subscription, or as required by applicable obligations.
10. Your choices
You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to request its deletion where reasonably possible.
Clearing your browser’s local storage removes the remembered language preference.
11. Children
IPTV8KDE is an adult subscription offer. Nothing on this site is designed to collect information from children, and we do not knowingly process sales or support data from anyone under 18.
